Maria Alejandra García Madrigal is the director of strategy for diaspora outreach at Bancolombia. In this role, she leads the creation and implementation of the commercial strategy, the strategy for client satisfaction, and the development of long-term alliances for growth of the business and market leadership. She has more than ten years of experience in banking on topics related to family remittances, financial inclusion, foreign trade, cash management, and supply chain finance.
García Madrigal is an international negotiator with a focus on project management and a Master’s degree in business administration from Universidad Eafit. She has deep experience in leadership and remote work, with academic publications in both topics.
