Marcia Rivas Coello is a consultant in inclusive education, disability, and social inclusion. Coello specializes in the coordination of educational projects, management of social projects, design and formulation of public policies, as well as pedagogical support to teachers in public schools.

In the past, Coello has worked as a consultant at the Ministry of Education and Culture of Uruguay (MEC), the Ministry of Education of Peru, and as a teacher at the Universidad Científica del Sur (Peru).

Coello holds a law degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Ruíz Gallo (Peru), master’s degrees in international humanitarian law and human rights from Universidad de San Martín de Porres (Peru), strategic management of corporate social responsibility and inclusive business from Universidad del Pacífico (Peru), and social management from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.

Coello was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
