Majaella (Maggie) Ruden is originally from New City, New York. She received her B.A. in Peace and Justice Studies and Environmental Studies from Wellesley College in May 2019, and she is expected to receive her M.A. in Latin American Studies from Georgetown University in May 2021. She is a former intern and consultant with the Inter-American Dialogue’s Migration, Remittances and Development Program.
