Luisa Kislinger, originally from Venezuela and once a career diplomat, is senior advocacy officer at Fòs Feminista. She is an internationalist and has a master’s degree in social communication from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. She is also a women’s rights activist, researcher, consultant and writer. She has worked for various organizations inside and outside of Venezuela, such as Unfpa, Voces Vitales de Venezuela, and Avesa. She is the founder of the Mujeres en Línea Civil Association.

Kislinger was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
