Luis Cordero Muñoz is the manager at Atipay Innovación para la Gestión in Perú. He is a doctor with a master’s degree in public health, dedicated most of his professional career to improving the effectiveness of public policies. Cordero Muñoz is a professor at Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia. He has participated as a principal or associate researcher in social area research, and has held official positions in the Ministry of Health and the Superintendence of Health Provider Entities. 

As an international consultant, he has brought his extensive experience and proposals for solutions to the implementation of reforms in results-based budgeting to Guatemala and Ecuador. He has also participated in different initiatives to promote the achievement of priority results in child health and development in Central America and countries outside the continent such as Bangladesh, India and Kenya.

Cordero Muñoz was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
