Luis Alberto Rodriguez

Luis Alberto Rodriguez is the Deputy Minister of Finance and Public Credit of Colombia. He holds a masters degree in Economic Policy from Columbia University and previously studied economics at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Universidad de Buenos Aires and Ecole d’economie de Toulouse (TSE). Rodriguez is former chief economist of the National Banking Institutions Association (Asobancaria) and economist in Colombia for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). He has been professor of fiscal policy in Universidad del Rosario and Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He was born in 1987 and became the youngest deputy minister of finance in the history of Colombia. 

Rodriguez was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
