Lúcia Dellagnelo is an international expert in the use of technology in education. Dellagnelo is the former president of the Center of Innovation for Brazilian Education (CIEB), through which she advised the Ministry of Education, states, and municipalities on educational technology policies.

Currently, Dellagnelo is a member of the high-level technical committee of the Latin American Laboratory for the Assessment of Quality in Education (LLECE) of OREALC/UNESCO. Additionally, Dellagnelo continues to work as a consultant to international organizations on innovation and digital education policies. 

Dellagnelo holds a doctoral degree in education from Harvard University.
