Luanna Roncaratti is deputy secretary of digital government at Brazil’s Ministry of Management and Innovation in Public Service. She holds a PhD in political science from the University of Brasília and a specialization in public policy and government management. Since 2013, she has focused on innovation and digital technologies in the public sector. In 2020, she received the Public Spirit Award in the Digital Government category.
