Loreto Iglesias has served as the executive director of the Crecer con Todos Foundation since 2010. Through the Primero LEE (First read) program, the mission of the Foundation is to ensure that all children who live in vulnerable contexts can read and write at a satisfactory level starting in first grade. Her work primarily focuses on pedagogical program design, teacher training and support, and analysis of learning achievement.

Before becoming the Foundation’s executive director, Iglesias León was a first and second grade teacher.

Iglesias León has a bachelor’s degree in basic education and a post-graduate degree in educational administration from the Universidad Católica de Chile, and a master’s degree in business management from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Iglesias León was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
