Lionel Delatour is the founder and former president of Le centre pour la libre enterprise et la démocratie (CLED) and is a leading Haitian trade policy specialist. Delatour has served as minister counselor of Haiti in the US, and over the years, he has served as a consultant to numerous Haitian and US firms and institutions. Delatour received his undergraduate degree from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University and holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.

Delatour is a member of the Think Tank Haiti (TTH) Steering Committee.
