Lina Kátia Mesquita de Oliveira is the director of the CAEd Foundation – Center for Public Policies and Evaluation of Education at the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and president of the Elementary School Chamber of the State Council of Education of Minas Gerais, and vice president of ABAVE – Brazilian Association for Educational Assessment.

Mesquita de Oliveira holds a Ph.D. in education from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, a master’s in education from the Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, and a degree in mathematics from the Faculdade de Filosofia Ciências e Letras de Belo Horizonte.

Mesquita de Oliveira was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
