Laura Boyette is the current regional deputy director for Latin America and the Caribbean at the International Republican Institute (IRI).

Boyette is an experienced program manager specializing in international development, democracy, and governance. She has previous experience at the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and a demonstrated history contributing to various initiatives aimed at strengthening democratic institutions and promoting good governance practices.
