Kevin Tynes is Chairman of Nippon Koei LAC. Nippon Koei is Japan’s largest international engineering consulting firm, and Nippon Koei LAC is the subsidiary responsible for all corporate activities in the Latin America – Caribbean region. Prior to joining Nippon Koei, Mr Tynes was Vice President for Latin America for the Parsons Corporation from 1994 to 2000. Mr Tynes is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s Degree from The University of Texas at Austin and has extensive experience in operations management, project management, construction management, project development and contract administration. His international experience includes more than thirty years developing and executing large-scale infrastructure projects in Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa and the Caucasus region of Asia.
