Kevin Gingras is Associate General Counsel and Director at Lockheed Martin Corporation. He served as a Trial Attorney for the Fraud Section of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Unit at the US Department of Justice from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, Gingras worked at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and as an Attorney for the Criminal Division of the DOJ.
