Kate Blansett was the Development and External Relations Coordinator at the Inter-American Dialogue from 2019 to 2022. She graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington with a B.A. in Spanish and History with a concentration in Latin American history, as well as a minor in Latin American and Caribbean Studies and Latino Studies. From 2016-2019, she worked in development and communications at Cope Environmental Center, a non-profit nature center. She also served on various boards including the Women’s Fund of Wayne County, the Society for the Preservation and Use of Resources, and the Sister Cities of Richmond, IN.
