Falcón a teacher for the Academy of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law at the Washington College of Law at American University, as well as a teacher in the Masters program for Gender Studies and Master’s program for Human Rights at the Pontifical Catholic University in Peru (PUCP.) She is a member of the Latin American Network of Academics of Law. She has also been an expert before the Inter-American Court on Human Rights, and is an international consultant on issues of gender, transitional justice and human rights. 

Falcón was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
