Juanita Caballero serves as program and executive assistant in the Office of the President at the Inter-American Dialogue. She previously interned with the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee’s Western Hemisphere Division. She has also worked at the Wilson Center, contributing to research on democratic governance and economic development in Latin America, and at the U.S. House of Representatives, focusing on foreign policy.
Caballero holds a BE in industrial engineering and a BA in government and public policy from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. During her time there, she also coordinated civic education and leadership programs for vulnerable communities.
