Juan Mendoza is a distinguished corporate entrepreneur specializing in transforming traditional business models, opening new markets, and developing innovative ventures. For nearly fifteen years, he held key positions at Visa Latin America, including head of multinational businesses, head of Visa Argentina, and head of fintech for LATAM.

Mendoza recently joined the financial ecosystem of the Mercantil Group, based in Panama, where he serves as chief growth officer and CEO of Zinli, a fintech focused on providing Latin Americans with their first U.S. dollar bank account in Spanish. In addition, he serves as an advisor to startups and venture funds, including Influur, Menta, and Htwenty.

Mendoza holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello (UCAB, 2008) and an MBA from Babson College (2013).
