Juan Mauricio Mora is a managing partner at InStrag, a public affairs and legal consulting firm based in Mexico City and representative of FIPRA in Mexico. He has led the implementation of major federal and local reforms to strengthen the tech and innovation environment across Latin America.

Prior to founding InStrag, Mora served as director of public policy for Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean at Uber. He was previously chief lobbyist for COPARMEX and held several positions in the Mexican federal government.

Mora holds a master of public policy from the University of Chicago, a master of science in democracy and democratization from University College London, and a bachelor’s degree in law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM).

Mora was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
