Juan Hernandez is an intern with the Dialogue’s Migration, Remittances, and Development Program. He was born and raised in Tegucigalpa, Honduras and is a senior studying Economics and International Relations at Calvin University. He is interested in the economic and political relationship between Latin America and the United States, specifically regarding foreign investment flows and development, and hopes to pursue a graduate degree in International Economics in the future. Prior to interning at The Dialogue, he interned at the Washington Office on Latin America (WOLA) assisting with the Central American Monitor and worked at the Center for Social Research at his University where he discovered his interest for quantitative research methods.
