Johny Gramajo

Johny Gramajo is the economic manager for the Central Bank of Guatemala as well as a permanent advisor to the Monetary Board. He has worked for Guatemala’s Central Bank for nearly 30 years and has held several senior positions in the Bank’s Department of Economic Studies during his 25-year tenure with this department.  

Gramajo received his undergraduate degree at the Universidad de San Carlos in Guatemala. He holds a master’s in Finance from the Universidad Rafael Landívar and a master’s in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.   

Gramajo was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
