Joel Korn is president of WKI Brasil and senior international partner at UPITE Consulting Services, where he focuses on market studies in relation to opportunities for expansion as well as revenue intelligence for retail banking products.
In addition to being an advisor for Cappello Global, Korn is an active board member of Aflore, the American Chamber of Commerce in Rio de Janeiro, the Instituto Brasil-Estados Unidos (IBEU) and Conservation International. Previously, he worked as CEO at Bank of America in Brazil for nearly two decades, managing banking operations for the broader region.
He holds a BA in economics from Universidade Mackenzie and completed Harvard Business School’s Program for Management Development (PMD).
