Jiahao Yang joined the Dialogue in summer 2022 as an intern for the Asia and Latin America program. He is a third-year student at the University of Michigan. Fluent in Chinese, English and Spanish, he has a keen interest in the modern history of Latin America, especially Argentina, Chile and Mexico. After graduation, he aims to further delve into nationalism and left-wing populism in these three countries.
