Jesús Tefel is an Industrial Engineer, entrepreneur and Nicaraguan activist, founding member of the National Blue and White Unity where he was a member of the Political Council for two periods, 2019 – 2020 and 2020 – 2021. He was also the Executive Secretary of the National Coalition. He was released from political prison in 2019 and is currently in exile in Costa Rica because of the repression that the Ortega-Murillo dictatorship has unleashed in Nicaragua.
