Jeffrey Dygert is AVP for Public Policy at AT&T, a company he joined in 2009. Before that, he served for more than a decade as an attorney with the U.S. Federal Communications Commission. He holds a JD from the University of Virginia Law School and BA degree for the University of Virginia.
