Javier Pallero is the global policy director at Access Now, an international NGO that defends human rights online. Since 2009, Access Now has worked with civil society organizations to analyze public policy and promote human rights activism in technology settings.  

Pallero was a visiting professor at a number of universities. His analysis and opinions have appeared in national and international media (such as La Nación, Forbes, The Washington Post, and others) and he represents Access Now at international events. He is the author of academic papers, outreach pieces, and podcasts.

Pallero was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
