Jackie (Zhao Hua) Chen was an intern with the Asia and Latin America program at the Inter-American Dialogue. He holds a B.A. in International Relations and Economics, with a concentration of Environment and Development in Latin America from Boston University. Most recently, he served as a Litigation Assistant, working on civil and criminal litigations and investigations in the Latin America and Asia regions. Jackie is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese.
