Jack Quinn is as a reporter for the Latin America Advisor and Energy Advisor publications. Quinn graduated from Stanford University in 2022 with a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Spanish. His reporting stints prior to joining the Dialogue full-time in 2024 include Americas Quarterly and Politico’s E&E News. His past reporting has focused on energy and extractive industries in the Western Hemisphere, including lithium mining in South America’s Southern Cone, solar energy in the United States, and oil and gas in the Caribbean. Quinn is fluent in English and Spanish, with working knowledge of Portuguese and Japanese.
