Irma Luna Fuentes is deputy director of early childhood education at the Secretary of Public Education (SEP). She has collaborated in the Department of Promotion of Educational Equity and Excellence of the Unit for Promotion of Educational Equity and Excellence at SEP and is Mexico’s representative in the Ibero-American Early Childhood Network of the Organization of Ibero-American States.

She has studies in pedagogy and a master’s degree in educational sciences, as well as diplomas in early childhood education and inter-institutional management, in art and literature in early childhood, and an international diploma in Aucouturier technique for psychomotor development, among others.

Luna Fuentes was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
