Iliana María Espitia Sutachan is an adviser to the Manzanas del Cuidado Program from the City of Bogotá’s Secretariat of Women.

Sutachan specializes in public policies, planning, coordination, monitoring, and implementation of social, productive, and pedagogical projects. Sutachan has work experience with national and local governmental organizations, non-profit organizations, and international organizations in areas such as inclusion, gender, human rights, children, and the LGBTI population. 

Sutachan has a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a master’s degree in gender studies from the University of Jorge Tadeo Lozano in Bogotá and the National University of Colombia, respectively. 

Sutachan was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
