Hernán Verdaguer is the director of regulatory affairs at Telecom Argentina. Verdaguer is an active member of the board of directors of several business chambers representing Argentina and Latin American’s information and communications technology industries (ICTs), such as the Argentine Association of ICT, Video and Connectivity (ATVC), the Inter-American Association of Telecommunications Companies (ASIET), and the GSMA Association. 

Verdaguer holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires with postgraduate studies in corporate law, telecommunications regulation, and business administration.
