Gustavo Béliz is the secretary of strategic affairs for the Republic of Argentina. Previously, he worked at the Inter-American Development Bank in senior positions focused on connecting new technologies, physical infrastructure, and regional integration. Béliz also served as national coordinator for the Organization of American States and as president of the National Institute of Public Administration, minister of the Interior, and minister of Justice, Safety, and Human Rights for the Republic of Argentina.
