Grácia Fragalá is vice president at the Conselho Superior de Responsabilidade Social and director of social responsibility at FIESP. With over 15 years of executive experience, Fragalá has a valuable business perspective in Latin America.

Before arriving at her current positions, Fragalá was a consultant and manager of occupational health and safety at GPA in Sao Paolo. She also worked in various positions at Telefonica, including manager of the safety and work division and manager of occupational health and safety.

Fragalá earned her MBA from Fundação Instituto de Administração and a specialization from Universidade Estadual Paulista in linguistics and literature.
