Gabriela Castro de Búrbano is the coordinator of the Great National Campaign for Education in Guatemala since 2017, where she seeks to promote the fulfillment of educational policies and promote strategic alliances for the inter-institutional strengthening of the education sector in the country. With over 35 years of experience, she specializes in education, special education, disability, and educational and training projects for vulnerable groups at the national and international levels.

Castro has a bachelor’s degree in clinical psychology, a master’s degree in values education, a postgraduate degree in virtual learning environments, and a doctorate in sociology. 

Castro was an event speaker at the Dialogue.
