Francesco Manetto is a journalist and the editor of El País América. Manetto studied philosophy and literature at the University of Bologna and photojournalism at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. In 2006, Manetto started working at El País after obtaining a master’s degree in journalism. Manetto has covered issues such as national political news in Spain, the Andean region, post-conflict Colombia, and the Venezuelan crisis.
