Government Affairs and Public Policy Senior Manager for the Southern Cone, Google

Eleonora Rabinovich is the head of government affairs and public policy for Spanish speaking Latin America (LatAm) at Google, leading the company’s public policy team and agenda across the region.

She has worked at Google since 2015 and before her current position she led the government affairs and public policy team for Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Bolivia and Paraguay. She serves on the boards of the Latin American Internet Association (ALAI) and the Argentine Internet Chamber (CABASE).

Rabinovich holds a degree in law from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), a masters in Latin American and Caribbean studies from New York University (NYU), where she studied with a Fulbright scholarship. Prior to her time at Google, she worked as a journalist and editor in different media, in internet companies and also in civil society organizations, leading projects on free speech, digital policy, due process of law and human rights.
