Elena García is the innovation director for Virtual Educa and a professor at the University of Buenos Aires as well as the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. She is a specialist in issues of integration of ICT in educational processes. 

García currently works as a consultant for the Fundación Centro de Estudios para Políticas Públicas (CEPP). She also consults for CINTERFOR-ILO  and is in charge of evaluating the project for the integration of ICT in vocational training.

As a consultant to international and governmental organizations in the region, she has participated in numerous investigations and evaluations of ICT integration projects in educational settings.

García was an event speaker at The Dialogue.
