David Licheri is an economist and graduate of the University of Mannheim, holding a postgraduate certificate in data analysis from Harvard University. He is the co-founder and director of Equilibrium Consulting, where he has led over 80 consulting projects in socioeconomic and market research. His experience spans migration, education, employment, and foreign investment projects for corporate clients and international cooperation organizations such as the IDB, IOM, and APEC. He is the co-author of more than 20 publications on migration in Latin America and 10 publications on foreign investment and economic studies. He has extensive expertise in quantitative research methodologies and data analysis, including impact evaluations and machine learning.
