Danielle Carr is a Program Assistant with the Peter D. Bell Rule of Law Program. Carr is from Cary, North Carolina and graduated from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. There, she double majored in Spanish and Peace, War, and Defense with a concentration in International Security and Intelligence. During her time at Carolina, she studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain and refined her interest in international relations, diplomacy, and security. She grew up speaking Spanish and spending time with her family in Mexico.
