Cristina Gutierrez is currently executive director at United Way Colombia. She has worked in vulnerable communities in Colombia and the United States for over 20 years with a specialty in developmental psychology. Before her position at United Way, Gutierrez was executive director at the Genesis Foundation in Colombia.

Gutierrez received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Maryland. She later earned a master’s degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Colombia University Teachers College.

Gutierrez was an event speaker at The Dialogue.
