Claudia Paola Lisboa Vásquez is the head of the statistics unit of the strategic monitoring and evaluation office of the Ministry of Education in Peru. Additionally, Lisboa was a professor and researcher at the Universidad del Pacifico for over 10 years and has worked as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB).    

Lisboa is a graduate of economics from the Universidad del Pacífico and also holds a master’s degree from the Universidad del Pacifico in the same subject. In addition, she has a master’s degree in public administration, specializing in economic policy management from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
