Claudia Nikken is a member and executive secretary within the Delegation of the Unitary Platform of Venezuela for the dialogue and negotiation process. She is a Venezuelan lawyer with a Msc in international public law and a PhD in law from Université Panthéon-Assas – Paris II. Nikken is a professor of administrative law at the Universidad Central de Venezuela and constitutional law at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
