Claudia Garavini is the vice president of strategy and business development at Félix. She leads efforts to identify and execute high-impact opportunities that accelerate the company’s growth—from market expansion and new product strategy to strategic partnerships and long-term planning. Her work spans researching and launching new remittance corridors, evaluating product innovations, and forging partnerships that drive scale and defensibility.

Prior to joining Félix, Garavini held roles in fintech and emerging market investing. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
