Christie Brown is Petrotech Management Sponsor at Chevron since 2020. Brown joined Chevron in 2002 as a mechanical engineer in Houston and has since held a variety of engineering, operations, and project management positions of increasing responsibility in Angola, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Korea, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States.

Her most recent position was vice president of environmental management, overseeing Chevron’s global work in site remediation, asset retirement, and environmental management. Since joining the company, Brown has been a member of the Chevron Women’s Network and recently served on the leadership team of the Thailand Women’s Network.

Brown holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering, with a minor in English literature, from Texas A&M University.
