Cesar Fagoaga is the editor-in-chief at Factum Magazine, a digital news outlet that publishes from El Salvador focused Central American Northern Triangle interests. He began his career as a journalist at El Faro magazine, where he was a reporter and later the editor-in-chief. He worked at La Prensa Gráfica as a reporter, was a coordinator and editor of the judicial section of the magazine Séptimo Sentido. Fagoaga has done freelance work and written for newspapers in Mexico and Spain.
