Cecilia Giordano is the president and CEO of Mercer Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, leading Mercer’s digital transformation and CCO of Marsh & McLennan Argentina. Previously, Giordano led technological transformation projects for 20 years in both the private and public sectors, locally, regionally, and globally. Giordano was a technology leader at Deloitte Argentina. She also directed technological innovation projects throughout complete planning, design, implementation, live release, and stabilization cycles. Giordano also worked with clients like the government of the city of Buenos Aires, Anses, Grupo Nutresa, Aerolineas Argentinas, and Gestión Compartida. She is currently a board member of AMCHAM, a member of Vital Voices, ambassador of the Organization in the Southern Cone, and a member of WCD.  

Giordano is a public accountant licensed in business management by the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
