Carlos Gerardo Martínez González is vice president of international affairs at the Nuevo Laredo Customs Brokers Association and executive director of G&A Customs Group de México. He brings extensive experience in cross-border trade, customs operations, and international logistics.
Martínez holds a master’s degree in Latin American studies from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service and a law degree from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
