Beatriz Vasconcellos is Deputy Secretary for Digital Transformation at the Office of the President of Brazil, where she coordinates the interministerial committee responsible for digital transformation across government, the digital economy, digital citizenship and democracy, and artificial intelligence. In recent years, she has served as a lecturer, adviser, consultant, and researcher at University College London, contributing to forums such as the International Monetary Fund and the G20. She holds a degree in economics from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-Rio de Janeiro) and a master’s in public administration in international development from Harvard University.
