Antonio Fonseca is general manager at Eugenio Mendoza Foundation. He has experience in the design, management, and coordination of high-impact programs in early childhood, social development, entrepreneurship, and support for migrant populations. With a well-established career at the Eugenio Mendoza Foundation, he has led strategic processes aimed at expanding opportunities for vulnerable communities through the creation of innovative models, the strengthening of livelihoods, the development of multisectoral partnerships, and comprehensive project management. Fonseca holds a degree in systems engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
