Andrew Keene is vice president at Altana, where he leads strategic initiatives at the intersection of global supply chain intelligence, emerging technologies, and national security. He is a business executive with a demonstrated history of working in startup technology, special warfare, and senior-level military and government environments.

A former U.S. naval officer, Keene has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning, operations, project management, foreign relations, and legislative affairs. He earned a bachelor of science in political science with honors and distinction from the United States Naval Academy.
